Starting to think that building in public and open-sourcing your product will become a much more common way to start a software company.
Plausible and Postiz are strong examples: anyone can self-host, but many customers will happily pay for the hosted version.

@maubaron Cool nice stuff. Even if this is paid promotion. If you want to same some bucks and are willing to self host, you can setup postiz easily yourself, it's open source.

Easy to use and to set up and way cheaper since i only need to pay for my server.
@peaklabs_dev @a_rebets @contentport @joshtriedcoding you can try postiz! I’m currently self hosting it (via coolify ofc) but it’s good for simple stuff. even if I’m only posting on x it helps because I can add drafts as ideas and post them later.
there are ofc plenty of paid options if one is inclined to use those but no need atm.

@CodeWithTamara Postiz is a free/open source multi-channel social scheduler on git. Once set up it works on auto pilot. I have a Hermes agent managing the process and used Claude to set it up. Took a bit of work, but not that much.

总有老板问我，老那，有没有那种能把邮件、社媒、广告全包了的神器。我为了帮客户搭这套系统，去年硬着头皮测了二三十个所谓的顶级工具。折腾完我才明白，根本没什么包治百病的自动化，底层逻辑全是碎的。一个发邮件顺手的，做起社媒可能极其笨拙。
别听人随口就荐HubSpot，除非你每个月有几万美金预算没处花。对大多数还在泥里打滚的团队来说，那太远了。
怎么选？得看你手头具体的脏活累活是什么。
基础客户培育：发发Newsletter或日常触达
Mailchimp名气大，拖拽界面确实好上手。但只要你的客户列表稍微多一点，它的收费就像在抢钱，而且自动化逻辑还停留在几年前。
我更倾向于ActiveCampaign。它的条件逻辑很扎实，送达率稳，但你得做好心理准备，花上一两周去啃它的说明文档。如果你是做内容或者卖课的， Kit（原ConvertKit）的标签系统最干净，不乱。
冷邮件开发：出海最容易翻车的地带
很多人买个Instantly或者Smartlead就开始发信，觉得这事儿成了。其实这只是表面功夫。
最折磨人的是发件箱基建。拿公司主域名去狂发，就像拿身份证在街头塞小广告，不出一个星期，你的域名就会被谷歌拉黑，连正经业务邮件都会进垃圾箱。
我以前熬了好几个周末去手动配置SPF、DKIM这些底层协议，这种活儿干多了会让人自我怀疑。现在我直接用Puzzle Inbox这类代办服务，买养好的号直接插进工具。在冷启动阶段，能把信投进客户收件箱，比你用AI憋出的标题重要一百倍。
CRM与全能套件
HubSpot适合那些团队里没技术背景、但兜里有钱的。用它确实省心，但签合同前看看那个阶梯价，从入门到专业版的涨幅能让你心跳漏一拍。
如果追求性价比，GoHighLevel虽然界面长得有点潦草，但功能给得极多，代运营公司很吃这一套。
社媒自动化
这块没那么多玄学。
小团队用Buffer，界面干净，不会天天弹窗逼你升级。Hootsuite又贵又老气，除非你追求那种给老板看的漂亮报表，否则没必要碰。
做Instagram这种视觉类的，Later的排版日历很顺手。我们最近在试Metricool，欧洲的工具，便宜且数据给得实在。要是你自己懂点技术，干脆去部署一套postiz，功能差不多，还不用给SAAS交税。
跨境电商的转化利器
不玩短信营销就是在丢钱，这玩意的转化率比邮件野得多。
预算充足的上Attentive。用Shopify的看一眼Postscript。不过如果你已经在用Klaviyo做邮件了，直接顺手把它的短信功能开了最省事。Klaviyo在用户分层上的颗粒度，能把Mailchimp秒成渣，它是Shopify店主的标配。
广告自动化：救命的工具
比如Revealbot。我给Meta和谷歌广告定死规矩：成本过线就关停，ROI达标就加预算。这东西能让我半夜不用爬起来盯盘。
折腾这么久，我交了不少学费，总结了几个心得：
1. 没觉得肉疼，就别买药。 很多工具买回来只是为了缓解老板的增长焦虑。先用笨办法跑，跑到人力实在扛不住了再谈自动化。
2. 少即是多。 把一两个工具用透，效果比凑一堆垃圾工具栈强得多。
3. 送达率是命。 别被那些花里胡哨的AI功能带跑偏。
4. 千万别签年单。 哪怕月付贵一点。在没确定这工具能融入你的流程之前，被年单套牢的苦，我吃过三次，不想再吃第四次。

Aujourd'hui je teste paperclip avec mon openclaw et j'ajoute aussi tous mes comptes instagram sur mon instance Postiz.
Je peux actuellement planifier des contenus sur 30 comptes au moins avec un calendrier hyper lisibles mdr c'est une dinguerie l'opensource avec claude code pour debugger derrière aussi.
Des ptites béquilles + pr github pour des problèmes avec des services opensource comme Postiz nan vraiment c'est une folie.

The usual catch with self-hosting anything is "now you're running a server." Postiz ships one-click Docker so that part's mostly solved too.

J'ai automatisé 80% de mon community management avec des outils open source. Voici le setup complet.
Avant, je postais au feeling. Un post quand j'y pensais, rien pendant deux semaines, zéro stratégie. Le genre de régularité qui fait fuir l'algorithme et l'audience.
Aujourd'hui, je parle dans mon terminal avec SuperWhisper et un agent fait le reste.
Postiz en self-hosted. Scheduler multi-plateforme (LinkedIn, X, Instagram). Interface propre, API ouverte. Remplace Buffer ou Hootsuite sans l'abonnement.
Un serveur MCP custom qui expose l'API Postiz à mes agents. Créer un draft, lister les posts, vérifier le calendrier. Tout en CLI.
Un skill d'agent dédié "community-manager". Il connaît mon ton, mes guidelines par réseau, mes piliers éditoriaux. Il rédige, je valide.
Un vault Obsidian pour la mémoire. Chaque semaine a son fichier par plateforme. Planning, textes, métriques. L'agent lit et écrit dedans.
Les 20% que je garde à la main : le contrôle qualité des textes, la mise en page, l'analyse des analytics et la gestion des visuels.
Résultat : je passe de "qu'est-ce que je poste ?" à "valide ou ajuste".
